Trevor Elliott

Trevor Elliott MBE, has been working with children for the best part of 14 years. Trevor founded youth clubs and football academies, before becoming one of the UK’s youngest ever foster carers. From 24 years old Trevor was fostering 4 teenage boys for up to 6 years. Trevor then decided to open residential children’s homes for vulnerable children to continue to expand his care to more children and young people. Trevor was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire in the BD2020 Honours List for his excellent services to vulnerable children.

Steve Sallis

Steve was a teacher for 17 years in inner city London schools. Firstly as a teacher of physical education, then a Vice Principal for a decade. He was shortlisted for ‘National Teacher Of The Year’ in 2008 & awarded ‘London Charter Teacher Status’ for his work & dedication in four inner London schools. Steve went on to set up solutions mindset, a mentoring programme for businesses, schools, World class athletes and non profit organisations.

Janice Winston

Janice worked as a chair for local council estates in Lambeth helping residents to improve their living arrangements. She has extensive experience in charity organisations, working as a trustee as well as a community engagement officer for local charities.

Levent Bellikli

Levent's career in support services spans across a period of almost 14 years and is committed to supporting people from disadvantaged groups, vulnerable adults and especially children in and out of care. He has seen the effects of what childhood trauma and the absence of love and care can lead to, having worked in Prison Services for over 5 years.

FUNDRAISING AND PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

Faye Reddish

Faye worked as Head Of Buying at one of the UK’s fastest growing online retailers' for over 5 years. In this role, Faye developed strategic procurement plans to optimise purchasing decisions and manage budgets effectively. Similarly, as a fundraising and partnerships manager she will apply strategic
thinking to identify potential partners, assess their alignment with the charity’s mission and plan collaborative fundraising efforts.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Amy Reddish

Amy’s experience as Head Of Brand at one of the UK’s fastest growing online retailers' meant she was responsible for developing and executing the overall branding strategy for the business. This included defining the brand’s identity, values, and messaging. As Marketing and Communications Manager, Amy will ensure all communication materials, projects, and messages are aligned with the charity’s mission and aims to spread the word about the charity as fast as possible.

Amy and Faye are sisters with a passion for children’s care. Their childhood experience of living in a hostel with their Mother, provides a strong foundation for their work at CHILDREN WE CARE FOR, giving them a unique ability to connect, understand and make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children.
