We support children and young people in care with the start in life they deserve, and help to provide them with the tools they need to become their best future selves.

Young people in care face a whole range of challenges, from major issues, such as mental health to too often missing out on basic essentials. They are almost entirely reliant on statutory provision, but it doesn't always cover everything they may need and, in the current financial climate, the provision of even basic items, that most of us are fortunate enough to take for granted, may be inadequate.

At CHILDREN WE CARE FOR, we source and provide these items and more, to improve confidence, self esteem and well- being, building the foundation for each young person to go on and become their best future self.

We run a variety of projects led by our trustees, ambassadors and mentors which will aim to motivate, develop and improve a child in care’s experience and future self.
